touch4 allows customers to request service at the touch of a button.  Service requests appear on a convenient screen, building a priority action list for each server. Your staff always know which customers require which kind of service and in what order, and are required to visit the customer to cancel the request. Managers always have a complete overview of the service being provided, and are alerted if preset waiting limits are exceeded.

As each request is actioned, it disappears from the priority list, but the touch4 system records all the service details from each shift allowing managers to build a comprehensive picture of service and productivity trends. Multi-site operators can more easily see the relationship between service, staffing and profitability.
