How does touch4 work?

It's very simple:-

  1. A customer touches a button on the touch4 pod.
  2. Staff are alerted by touchscreen, pager or DECT phone.
  3. Staff must attend to the customer and cancel the request at the pod.
  4. As touch4 records every button press managers can easily see how customer service improves over time
