The touch4 system is available with two editions of software; Professional software, suitable for smaller venues, or Enterprise software with enhanced features suitable for larger venues and chains.

Professional Software
Professional software has the following functions

touch4 Analytics
touch4 Analytics is a stand alone software package, installed on an office PC which allows venues to analyse customer service delivery performance to an unprecedented degree. Data is exported from the touch4 system to the office PC, where Analytics allows performance data to be manipulated, charted, printed and saved.
