Could I have different buttons? (top)

The touch4 system is flexible enough to permit different buttons for different service requests to be incorporated subject to a minimum order quantity of 30 pods.

Could I have my company logo on the pod? (top)

Yes, either a logo or as part of a bespoke colour scheme.  There would be an additional cost and a minimum order quantity of 30 pods.

How can I obtain the data collated by the system? (top)

For users of the Analytics package, the raw data can be uploaded to a stand-alone PC where the software will allow you to analyse service data and print graphs / reports.

How does it work? (top)

Customers request service by touching one of four buttons on the service pod.  The pod (using wireless technology) communicates this request to the touch screen monitor.  Staff use the monitor to send an acknowledgement back to the customer.

Once the request has been completed, staff cancel it via the service pod.  All requests, acknowledgements and completed requests are timed and logged.

How easy is it to install? (top)

The touch4 system is designed to ‘plug and play’ and requires no hard wiring. In larger venues the installation of wireless routers may be required to increase system range.

How is it different from other call systems? (top)

Most existing service call systems are pager systems which do not allow two way communications between the server and the customer, do not collate performance data, involve the installation of supporting infrastructure and are not specifically designed for the hospitality environment.

How often will the pods need charging? (top)

As with all electronic equipment, battery life will depend upon usage but typically a pod will function for up to 3 weeks without recharging.  When a pod needs recharging this is automatically indicated on the touch screen.

How robust are the touch4 pods? (top)

The table units are designed for use in the toughest hospitality environments and are scratchproof, drop proof and waterproof.

What colours are the pods available in? (top)

Pods can be made to any colour scheme required to suit venue decor for a small additional cost, subject to a minimum order quantity of 30 pods.

What hospitality venues can touch4 be used in? (top)

The touch4 system is suitable for all venues where service delivery excellence is required.

Restaurants, hotels lounges, nightclubs, VIP Lounges, sports arenas, casinos, bars, corporate events - all have benefitted from the installation of a touch4 system.

What type of reporting can I have? (top)

Depending on the software package you specify, you can produce a variety of daily and weekly reports which will show service levels by shift and by staff member. Over time this allows you to build up a picture of service trends and actively manage productivity.

What warranty does the system come with? (top)

touch4 is supplied with a 2 year comprehensive parts and labour warranty.

Where is it made? (top)

The touch4 system has been designed and is assembled in the UK.

Will it work in a large venue? (top)
