touch4 is incredibly easy to use:

Customers: just request service at the touch of a button. 

Staff: use the task-list of customer requests to manage and prioritise their workload. Staff are alerted if customers are left waiting longer than a pre-defined maximum wait time.

Managers: can monitor and target service response levels.  As each button press and acknowledgement is recorded touch4 builds up a picture of service within your organisation.
